The NRT was a great help! I used patches and gum to begin with but now I\u2019m just using gum. I attend Garston Library where I have a lot of support from Sarah<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The benefits I have found since quitting smoking are:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Feeling good in myself<\/li>\n<li>Feel a lot healthier<\/li>\n<li>Breathing easier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you are serious about quitting, come along to Smokefree Liverpool where you will receive a lot of support.
